Bendigo Bank Woodchop Competition

Flyball Demonstration

We're proud to have been able to bring back the woodchop to Foster Show with the generous support of the Toora & Foster Community Bank. Competition runs between 10:30am and 3pm on showday thanks to the South & Central Gippsland Axeman's Association.

We're excited to have the Bass Coast Flyball team show off their skills on showday this year performing a series of hourly demonstrations. Don't miss these awesome dogs and their handlers in action!

YYUFDA Working Dog Trial

We love having the VYUFDA Working Dog Trial on show day demonstrating the ultimate bond between dog and handler, as a team moving a mob of sheep though yard obstacles. Competitors come from all over the state to participate and competition runs from 8am until the conclusion of the show. Thanks to Beloka Kelpies for running this trial for us.

A "local" class has been added in 2023! If you think you and your dog work well together and would like to have a go, but you're not affiliated with the YYUFDA, you can enter here

Chainsaw carving

We're thrilled to have Andrew come and show off his carving skills on show day this year! You'll see lots of his handiwork transforming local wood stumps but if you've missed it check out his website here

Maree Young - Bridleless Horsemanship Demonstration

We're lucky to have local talents, Maree Young and her horse Bandit, show off their skill set on show day with demonstrations at 11am and 2pm! They look forward to promoting what can be achieved when people work with animals in a positive partnership rather than through fear or dominance.
