Showday Attractions

There’s something for everyone at the Foster Show! While showday competitions celebrate the best in their field, showday attractions offer learning opportunities and connection with all things agriculture.

  • The shearing demo was a highlight. Those shearers were like sheep-shearing ninjas—fast and precise. And then, the ladies spinning wool and knitting a beanie right off the sheep's back? Pure magic. It gave a real hands-on feel to the whole wool process, and we walked away with a newfound appreciation for handmade textiles.

  • Who can forget the wood chop contest? That was some real lumberjack action. The crowd was going wild with every swing of the axe. It brought a whole new level of excitement to the day.

  • The organization was impeccable, allowing us to navigate seamlessly through the diverse attractions. The array of delicious food options satisfied every palate, ensuring our family stayed energized for more adventures.
